My working life started as a Chef, training alongside Gary Rhodes followed closely by a 2 year tour around the inland waterways of Europe working on a hotel barge. Returning home my career accelerated when I accepted a multi-site management role with Pizza Hut and soon found myself managing multiple restaurants as an Operations Manager for Whitbread. My career has included time living in the US working for Texaco assisting its international retail team build bigger and shinier convenience stores and fuel stations across Latin America and the Caribbean. I have developed food franchise programmes for Burger King / Papa John’s Pizza & Dunkin Brands across Europe & Russia which has kept me out of (and sometimes in) trouble. In 2011 I decided it was time to take all the good learning's of my career working for large food retail groups in the franchising and real estate development arena & stretch my wings to work as an independent consultant. My career has a strong sales and business development background & I love nothing more than getting my teeth into new projects, helping organisations find growth opportunities from maximising existing programs or developing new ones. My experience working with  large blue chip organisations has helped me to grow a large portfolio of potential investor groups and a strong relationship with many retail brands.
